Child Vanessa is a descendant of Hope LeBeck. She lives in a ravaged era when the Magi-Tech Wars were responsible for the destruction of many of the planet’s cities. Civilization was left in the wake to rebuild and, to add to the burden, a new age of dinosaurs had strangely emerged. One day, Vanessa ws gathering berries when a frenzied Raptor came upon her. With the “timely” appearance and help of Blood and Rose, they slew the dinosaurs only to be faced with a greater danger, the “Bar Tarr” (Huntarr). Eventually, the Huntarr was defeated. Tam and Chris returned Vanessa to her grandmother Loritta who presented them with a piece of the Timestone.
